Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
Identify, assess, and control hazards through structured processes including Take 5, JSA, and risk assessments
Promote a strong safety culture where all workers are empowered to stop unsafe work
Environment
Minimise environmental impact through responsible sourcing, manufacturing, and waste management
Comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations
Continuously improve environmental performance and sustainability practices
Community
Engage respectfully with local communities and stakeholders
Conduct operations in a socially responsible and ethical manner
Support positive outcomes for the communities in which we operate
Compliance & Governance
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements
Maintain appropriate insurances, including $20 million Public and Product
Liability Insurance
Implement and maintain effective HSEC management systems aligned with industry best practice
Continuous Improvement
Set measurable HSEC objectives and targets
Monitor, review, and improve performance regularly
Encourage reporting of hazards, incidents, and near misses to prevent recurrence

Follow all safety procedures and controls
Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately
