We aim to provide high-quality products. This policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Custom Products:

Due to the nature of custom-designed cone sleeves, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect design approval by customer

3. Faulty or Defective Products

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if:

• Product is faulty

• Product is not as described

• Product is not fit for purpose

4. Return Process, to request a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

2. Provide photos and description of the issue

3. Await approval before returning items

5. Shipping Costs

• Approved faulty returns → we cover costs

• All other returns → customer responsible

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
